that Senior Members would be more involved in posting on this website. It makes a lot of difference if core members who have a closer perspective of the truth could respond to some questions on these threads. No response, in my opinion only helps in making the website dead and promotes unproductive arguments and squabbles here.
It is "good" that they are not talking. That means they are working harder and something good is expected to happen.
If there is more talk then outcome is less. This is my experience from past one plus year from IV and other immigration forums. When everyone get "too much" excited and keep posting madly about some "immature deal", at the end of the day nothing "concrete" is achived.
Let IV do their work. I am hopeful something "good" will happen in near future.

It involves but not limited to funding drive to sustain and grow efforts, membership drive to grow in size and have impact of numbers, generating awareness and building support via media articles. After doing research, I am thinking that my case may move to Texas Service centre. If I get SRC receipt number, it will be good. My I-140 can be processed within 4 months.
Since it reached before July 30 it can reach anywhere !

How do you know that people with more recent priority dates are getting approved and you have been left out? You know this because these members of IV share this info with you and you are talking about using this info against them.
I won't be surprised if this will discourage people to just silently leave the forum after getting approvals.
well if they want to do that.. they can do that... wont discourage us from fighting this injustice against everyone in the legal immigration community... i for one consider the plight of EB-3 at this time to be more than that of EB-2... but why are just fighting among ourselves... instead of doing something as a group ??

If that is so, no one who is on H1-b can sue their employer for exploiting them. BTW, I personally know people who have successfully sued their employer (US company) for not paying the salary they agreed.

USCIS has invented a very nice random number generator. They use it for every purpose
1. To declare visa bulletin (canbe any day of the month)
2. To decalare processing times (can be again any day of the month)
3. Processing times themselves (can be anything)
4. Processing order (can be anything)
5. Answers from customer service (one can say "Your case will be processed in 60 days", other will way "we do not know anything more then website")
6. Answers from Service Requests
7. Answers from Infopass appointments
8. Unpredictability in transfers (eg. mine was transferred from NSC->TSC->CSC ..nice roaming)
9. ..the list goes on and on (feel free to add please, I think there is no limit).

Did any one discussed this with an attorney. May be a conference call with Mr. Rajiv Khanna ? Can anyone from IV core member respond what is their take on such a class action. Will we have the support from IV if such lawsuit is filled.
